Flesh is a mobile application designed to help people overcome addictions and build healthier habits. We believe your story is yours.
Data We Collect
None.

All data you enter into Flesh — including your name, age, journal entries, habit logs, and motivation statements — is stored exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up through your operating system’s standard backup tools, such as Google Drive backup on Android or iCloud backup on iOS.
You can delete all your data at any time by using the “Reset all data” option in the Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app.

If you enable notifications, Flesh schedules them locally on your device using the operating system’s notification system. The content is generated entirely on your device from text bundled with the app.
